Examstead is an independent preparation brand of Investatech Inc.. It is not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, the Government of Ontario, the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, Humber Polytechnic or an examination authority.

References to EPE, IRB, RCIC-IRB, RISIA, CICC*, BCIN and examination names identify the subjects of our materials. Names and marks belonging to other organizations remain their property. Purchasing a preparation package does not enrol you in an official examination or professional program.

Educational use

Our questions, explanations and study resources are educational materials. They do not provide legal, immigration, engineering, architectural or other professional advice for an individual matter, client or project.

Consult current official requirements and an appropriately qualified professional for actual work. Completing preparation does not authorize you to carry out regulated activities.

Exam scope and current sources

The IRB package prepares for the College’s RCIC-IRB Specialization Exam. It does not replace the College’s required Specialization Program or establish eligibility. The EPE package separately prepares for the RCIC Entry-to-Practice Exam; it does not replace the required qualifying education or prepare for the RISIA exam. Confirm your eligibility and sitting requirements with the College.

The separate RISIA preparation package prepares for international-student immigration advising. Its original English and French content is available for purchase. Owner publication approval is not independent specialist or College review. This edition is not tied to a particular examination sitting or legal-reference cutoff. It does not replace qualifying education or establish examination eligibility.

BCIN General Legal/Process preparation under the 2024 Building Code syllabus remains on hold for review and is not for public sale. It is not preparation for all BCIN technical categories.

Laws, reference documents and examination requirements change. Check the edition, dates and sources shown in your preparation package against the requirements of your sitting. Official requirements govern where they differ from an Examstead explanation.

Original content and review

Examstead’s questions are original educational practice items, not actual, recalled or leaked examination questions. Similar formats, competency coverage and timing do not establish identical difficulty or predictive validity. Randomized attempts draw from a finite bank and may repeat questions.

AI-prepared questions, no human review

Examstead’s practice questions, answers and explanations, including the French versions, are prepared using artificial intelligence (AI) and have not been reviewed by humans.

Automated checks or reviews by other AI systems do not constitute human review. The content may contain factual, reasoning, calculation or language errors, ambiguities or outdated information. Check important points against current official sources and report possible errors through our contact form.

This disclosure does not limit your consumer rights or our obligations concerning service accuracy, quality or available remedies.

Results and qualifications

We do not guarantee passing, a particular score, admission, registration, licensing or employment. Practice reports identify study priorities, not a professional assessment or a prediction of official exam results.

Eligibility, examination registration and qualification decisions remain with the relevant authorities. The official examination fee is separate.

Price, access and purchase conditions

The RCIC EPE package costs C$99; the IRB specialization and RISIA packages each cost C$149, each plus applicable tax for 90 days from successful payment, without automatic renewal. Each purchase gives access to the chosen preparation package. A valid discount code may reduce the preparation package price under its stated conditions. The accepted order identifies the package, edition, price, tax, access and terms. Availability is confirmed in the account before payment.

Official examination fees, professional registration, paid external reference publications and individual tutoring are not included. Read the purchase and refund terms, including the limited-use voluntary refund and its administration deduction of up to C$5 in total and exceptions, before purchasing. BCIN remains unavailable for public purchase.
