Program and operator

Examstead is a brand of Investatech Inc., which operates this program. An eligible new customer receives 10% off a first eligible paid course purchase through a valid referral link. The referrer receives a 20% commission on the discounted course amount before tax, subject to these terms.

Terms version: 2026-09-15.1. To join, create an account or sign in, complete the account’s security steps, confirm eligibility and actively accept these terms. Acceptance records the version, date and language. Eligible enrolment creates your unique referral link automatically. Buying a course is not required.

Who may join

Self-service enrolment is free and available to individuals who are at least 18 and reside in Canada, have capacity to enter this arrangement, and provide accurate account and payee information. One referral account is permitted per person. Entity participation requires separate confirmation of eligibility and an authorized representative; the individual form does not register an entity.

No purchase or recruitment fee is required. This is a single-level program: recruiting another referrer earns no commission. Participation does not make you an employee or authorize you to bind Examstead or speak on its behalf.

Your link and the first purchase

Your account supplies a unique referral link to share. When a visitor follows it, the learner site carries the referral through account creation or sign-in and required security verification. After sign-in, the system automatically applies the first valid referral to the account if eligible. The customer does not need to type a code. The purchase summary shows whether the referral discount applies before payment.

The first valid referral is reserved for 30 days from its application to the signed-in account. A later link does not replace an unexpired valid referral. An unused, expired referral may be replaced if no pending checkout or previous paid purchase prevents it. An eligible checkout reserves its attribution; a successful purchase fixes it for that order. Referrals cannot be added retrospectively to a completed purchase. Browser storage, a different device, an interrupted sign-in or an invalid or suspended link can prevent application; the customer should check the purchase summary before paying.

Only a genuinely new customer’s first eligible paid course purchase qualifies. Existing customers, self-referrals, fabricated accounts or purchases, and refund-and-repurchase arrangements are excluded. Multiple identities do not create multiple first-purchase rewards for one person. A shared household or network address alone is not evidence of abuse. The referrer must be active and have accepted the current program terms for new referrals and checkouts to qualify.

How the 20% commission is calculated

Your commission is 20% of the eligible discounted course amount before tax, after refund adjustments, rounded to Canadian cents. For the C$149 IRB package, the customer’s 10% discount leaves C$134.10 plus applicable tax; your commission is C$26.82 before any later adjustment. For the C$99 EPE package, the customer pays C$89.10 plus applicable tax and the commission is C$17.82 before any later adjustment. These examples do not guarantee sales or income.

No commission is earned on taxes, complimentary or fully discounted orders, retained cancellation administration fees or recruiting program participants. Only the first eligible paid purchase is rewarded; later purchases and renewals do not qualify. The accepted order records its attribution, discount and commission rate.

The customer’s 10% discount

An eligible referral reduces the listed course price by 10% before applicable tax. The referral discount cannot be combined with another coupon or discount. A qualifying referral discount applies automatically; a separate coupon cannot be added to that checkout. The order summary must show the referral discount before payment.

The C$149 IRB package becomes C$134.10 plus applicable tax; the C$99 EPE package becomes C$89.10 plus applicable tax. Both courses are eligible, but only the customer’s first eligible paid purchase across courses qualifies, not the first purchase of each course. Course availability, 90-day access and the separately accepted purchase and refund terms still apply. A referral does not open a course that is unavailable for sale. Existing accepted checkouts retain their recorded discount under their reservation terms.

The 30-day hold and monthly payments

Each eligible commission is held for 30 full days from the confirmed successful customer payment. The hold does not start at a link click, account creation or checkout opening. It allows time for refunds, disputes and eligibility checks. Held commission is unavailable for payout.

After the full 30 days, eligible commission becomes available for payment review if no unresolved review or dispute prevents payment. Available balances of at least C$50 are reviewed in a monthly manual payout process. Smaller balances carry forward. Completing the hold does not mean money is automatically sent on day 30.

Before a first payout, Examstead checks identity, eligibility, payment details and applicable reporting requirements. A queued payout is a review record; it is marked paid only after an actual external payment succeeds. The platform does not automatically transfer money to your bank account. Test balances and test payout records are not money owed.

Provide only requested information through the channel specified for payout review. Do not enter banking credentials, identity documents or a social insurance number in ordinary notes or the contact form. You are responsible for your applicable tax obligations; Examstead handles reporting obligations that apply to its payments.

Refunds, disputes and corrections

A cancelled purchase or payment dispute cancels its associated commission. A partial goodwill credit on an otherwise continuing purchase reduces commission proportionately. There is no commission on an administration fee retained when course access is cancelled.

Corrections may reduce held or unpaid commission. If the commission was already paid, an adjustment may reduce future payable balances after review. This system does not automatically debit your bank account or charge your card to recover a referral adjustment. Report a possible error through the contact form so that we can review the relevant records. A customer’s purchase and refund rights are governed by the separately accepted purchase terms.

Honest recommendations and no spam

Clearly disclose the financial relationship wherever you share a recommendation or referral link. Put the disclosure where the audience can readily notice and understand it. Suggested wording: “You can get 10% off your eligible first Examstead purchase through my link. I earn a 20% commission on the discounted course amount before tax.” A code or link alone does not explain the relationship.

Do not send unsolicited commercial messages, use scraped or purchased contact lists, make misleading claims, impersonate Examstead, or buy advertisements that impersonate the brand. Follow applicable consent, sender-identification and unsubscribe requirements. Participation does not supply consent to message other people. Describe your experience honestly. Do not guarantee examination success, professional licensing, income or employment, imply endorsement by an examination authority, or present draft material as an approved course.

Program records and privacy

We retain account-linked referral attribution, eligibility confirmations, accepted terms version, purchases and commission calculations, adjustments, payout reviews and payment references to administer the program and address disputes. Your workspace shows your own program records and totals, not buyers’ email addresses, account credentials or study records.

The privacy notice explains how a referral link is carried through sign-in, account attribution, access controls and retention. Applying a referral does not subscribe the customer to marketing. We do not collect address books for referrals.

Suspension, changes and closure

Examstead may pause new enrolment, suspend a referral account or withhold a payout for review where eligibility, misleading promotion, a dispute or possible abuse needs investigation. These controls do not by themselves establish that an allegation is correct. Contact us to supply relevant information or request a correction.

Changes to discounts or program rules apply prospectively. A revised terms version may require acceptance before new referrals or checkouts qualify. Existing accepted orders retain their agreed price, attribution and commission rate, subject to their refund, dispute and eligibility rules. If the program closes, legitimate earned balances require a final reconciliation rather than automatic forfeiture.

No number of referrals, payment amount, sales volume or examination outcome is guaranteed. Nothing here removes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
